We want you to love your new scent! If you’re not feeling it, we accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return please email our customer care team at support@NOYZ.com with your order number and provide an image of the item(s) condition.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BELOW

  • Discovery kits and Limited Editions products are excluded from returns. 
  • We reserve the right to deny exchanges or returns if the product shows sign of opening or use. 
  • We are not able to accept international returns or exchanges. 
  • We encourage you to use your existing box to return your item (the planet will thank you).
  • All eligible exchanges are free of charge. Returns will be charged a return fee of $10.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Upon receipt of the return package, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. 

*Shipping cost will not be refunded.

DAMAGES

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@NOYZ.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please include your order number and photos of your damaged items. We are happy to replace damaged or broken items. 

*For items purchased from our retail partners, please contact them directly regarding their return, exchange and damage policy. NOYZ.com only accepts exchanged & damages for items purchased directly from our website.

Due to sanitary reasons, we’re not able to resell returned fragrances. Please keep the planet in mind when requesting a return and consider a few ways to reduce waste and the environmental impact of shipping.
