We're in all ULTA stores & in Harrods.

Can I return a product I bought from a third-party marketplace?
We’re unable to assist with orders placed at other locations other than NOYZ.COM.
How do NOYZ eGift Cards work?
eGift Cards are delivered by email with instructions to redeem at checkout. NOYZ eGift Cards are redeemable for purchases only at noyz.com, cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law. NOYZ eGift Cards may not be used for subscription orders. Your balance does not expire.

How do I return/exchange my products?

Do you accept international returns?
At this time we are not able to accept international returns or exchanges. Please contact our team at support@noyz.com for questions.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Upon receipt of the return package, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
When can I expect to receive my NOYZ package?
We will deliver your NOYZ within 3-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Please allow 1-3 business days *for us to receive and process your order — you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Read more about here.
How can I check the status of my order?
An email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking information. If you haven’t received this email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@noyz.com
What should I do if my package does not arrive?
If your package does not arrive within 7 business days, please contact us at support@noyz.com.
What happens if I order something, and it is out of stock?
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you and refund you to the original payment method.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and Venmo. If you do not see a specific payment method, please reach out to support@noyz.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently only ship to Canada.

What if I don’t know which fragrance to get?
We’ve got a quiz for that! You can also start with our discovery kit to find which scent is best for you. If you have further questions, you can reach us at support@noyz.com.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Our Eau De Parfum and Parfums last up to 36 months from the time of opening.
Will my perfume color and scent change over time?
Due to natural resins (like vanilla) in some formulas, color may change over time. Don’t stress — this doesn’t affect the scent. To keep your scent at its freshest, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures or high humidity. Tightly seal cap after usage to limit air exposure.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes, all NOYZ products are Vegan and certified by The Vegan Society.
Do you test on animals? (alt. Are you Cruelty Free?)
No, never test our formulation on animals. All products are certified as a cruelty-free by PETA.
Are your products recyclable?
We are committed to utilizing recyclable and reusable packaging whenever possible.To recycle your 15mL bottle, remove the cap and pump and discard. Recycle the glass bottle.All portions of our cartons are FSC certified and developed to be recycled.
