PRE-ORDER POLICY

By placing a pre-order on noyz.com, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. These terms apply specifically to pre-order items and supplement our general Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns policy.

1. What a pre-order is

A pre-order is a request to reserve a limited-edition product from an upcoming production run. The product is not in stock at the time of your order and will be manufactured and shipped at a later date.

2. Payment is collected at the time of order

Your card is charged in full at checkout — not when the product ships.

By submitting your pre-order, you authorize NOYZ to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase price (including any applicable taxes and shipping) immediately upon order placement. Your payment is what reserves your unit from the upcoming production run. We do not place authorization holds or delayed-capture charges on pre-orders.

3. Expected ship date — and the possibility of delay
For this collaboration, the Expected Ship Date is week of June 8, 2026.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Expected Ship Date is our best estimate at the time of listing — it is not a guaranteed delivery date or shipping date.
  •  Production timelines for limited-edition collaborations are subject to variability across supply chain, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics. Delays can and do happen.
  • Your order may ship later than the Expected Ship Date, and you accept this risk as a condition of placing the pre-order.
  • A delay alone does not entitle you to a cancellation or refund (see Section 4).

If we anticipate a delay of more than 14 days from the Expected Ship Date, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate. Continued waiting is required for the pre-order to remain active; cancellation is at NOYZ's sole discretion under Section 9.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled until 5:00 PM Pacific Time on June 5, 2026. After this time, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

5. Final sale — no returns or exchanges

This product is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items for any reason other than those described in Section 6.

6. Damaged, lost, or incorrect items

If your pre-order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong item, contact us at support@noyz.com with your order number and photos (where applicable):

  • Damaged or incorrect item: must notify within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost in transit: within 30 days of the Expected Delivery Date provided in your shipping confirmation.

We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement (subject to inventory availability) or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund back to the original method of payment. This is the only circumstance in which a refund will be issued on a successfully delivered pre-order.

7. Promotional and loyalty exclusions

This product is excluded from:

  • All sitewide promotions, sales, and discount codes.
8. Pricing

The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay. We will not adjust your order price if the product is later sold at a different price during a future drop, restock, or promotional event, and we will not credit any difference between the pre-order price and a future price.

9. If NOYZ cannot fulfill your pre-order

If, due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we are unable to produce or fulfil your pre-order we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment.  

10. Shipping

Once your pre-order is ready, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping times and costs apply once the order leaves our warehouse.

11. Address changes

You may update your shipping address until 5:00 PM Pacific Time on June 17, 2026. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate address changes. To request an address change, email [support@noyz.com] with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has entered the processing status, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

12. Acceptance of terms

By placing a pre-order on noyz.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the provisions regarding upfront payment (Section 2) and the Expected Ship Date and possibility of delay (Section 3), If you do not agree to these terms, do not place the order.

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply in addition to NOYZ's general Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns Policy. Where any conflict exists between these Pre-Order Terms and our general policies, these Pre-Order Terms control with respect to pre-order items.
